EMPLOYEES' RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Rights:
- Be aware of Hospital-Wide Policies.
- Avail the benefits extended by the Organization.
- If any of the Employee believes that they, or know of another employee who has been a victim of harassment, they have a right to report it immediately to the HR Department.
- To be treated considerately and respectfully, and not discriminated on the basis of caste, religion, gender or Socio-Economic background.
- To be aware of the terms and conditions of their employment before joining the organization.
- To be entitled to the terms and conditions as specified in the appointment Letter.
- To seek clarity on the targets to be achieved/Job to be performed, & the Roles & Responsibilities associated with the task to be performed.
- To be aware of all the rights being conferred on an employee during the course of employment.
Employee Responsibilities:
- Not to misbehave/argue/fight with Patients, attendees and other staff.
- Leave should be planned well in advance and prior sanction.
- Email and internet access in a manner that is ethical and lawful.
- Ensure the equipment allocated to them are handled carefully and as per the instructions.
- Maintain proper discipline, professional ethics and complete integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality in respect of their documents and patient information.
- Not to give any public statements (Media) without the prior approval.
- Not to Discriminate patients and other staff.
- Adopt a clean desk policy.
- Employees may be required to work overtime when the workload so necessitates.
