Dr. Deepa Pola is a board-certified pediatric cardiologist. Her areas of expertise and focus are diagnosis and management of congenital heart diseases in children and adults ,fetal cardiology (detection of heart disease in utero) and pediatric electrophysiology (management of heart rhythm abnormalities).
After completing her MBBS from Kurnool Medical College , she pursued the post-graduation (MD – Pediatrics) at Rangaraya Medical college, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. She has done DrNB Pediatric Cardiology for three years at prestigious institute of Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bengaluru. She attained comprehensive and vast exposure in various sub specialties of Pediatric Cardiogy during her training.
Over a half decade period of training and clinical practice, she has gained expertise in the diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease, medical management of arrhythmias, heart failure , perioperative intensive care ,emergency pediatric cardiac procedures (pericardiocentesis, Balloon atrial septostomy , percutaneous temporary pacemaker etc. )
